Video and review content — the match footage you upload, the notes you add for your coach, and the reviews produced for you.
Payment information — processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; we keep records of orders and payment status.
Usage data — basic product analytics (pages viewed, features used) and error diagnostics to keep the service working.

How we use your information

To deliver your video reviews and operate your account.
To process payments and pay coaches.
To send transactional email (order confirmations, “your review is ready”).
To improve the product and, where you have consented, to improve our coaching models.

AI & training data

Reviews are produced with the help of AI tools. You control whether your content may be used to improve our models through your account settings; you can withdraw that consent at any time, and we will stop using your content for training going forward.

Service providers we share data with

We share only what each provider needs to do its job:

Supabase — database, authentication, and video/audio storage
Stripe — payments and coach payouts
Resend — transactional email delivery
Deepgram & Anthropic — speech-to-text and AI assistance for reviews
PostHog & Sentry — product analytics and error monitoring

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & your rights

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing dinkdapp@gmail.com. Residents of certain regions (e.g. the EEA, UK, and California) may have additional rights under applicable law.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections, scoped access controls, and time-limited links to your private videos. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

DinkDapp is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
