These Terms govern your use of DinkDapp, operated by [Company legal name]. By creating an account or purchasing a review, you agree to these Terms.
The service
DinkDapp lets you upload pickleball match footage and purchase a personalized coaching review produced with the help of our coaches and AI tools. Reviews are opinions and coaching guidance, not guarantees of any particular result or rating improvement.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Your content
You keep ownership of the videos and notes you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and use them to provide your review and operate the service. You confirm you have the right to upload your footage and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. Use of your content to improve our models is governed by your consent settings and our Privacy Policy.
Payments
Prices are shown before checkout and charged through Stripe at the time you order. Coach pricing is set by each coach and displayed on their profile.
Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your review. If we're unable to complete your review (for example, your footage is unusable and a re-upload doesn't resolve it), you'll receive a full refund. If you're not satisfied with a completed review, contact us at dinkdapp@gmail.com within 14 days and we'll make it right — typically a revision or a full or partial refund at our discretion. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
Acceptable use
Don't upload unlawful content or footage of others without their consent, attempt to break or abuse the service, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Coaches
Coaches are independent and agree to separate coach terms. Coach payouts are processed via Stripe Connect after a review is published.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, DinkDapp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the review at issue.
